Alice has been in the industry since 2007, having owned and operated two Virgin Spa franchised clinics in Johannesburg South Africa until 2012.
Upon relocating to the UK in 2016, Alice updated her skills at St Mary's University Sports department where she qualified in level 4 sports massage She went on to study dry needling under Dr W. Mahmoud and Shockwave therapy with Dr Manoj Sood ( Consultant Orthopaedic surgeon: Hip, knee & sports specialist and Jonathan Wride, Physiotherapist,specialised in sports and tendon rehabilitation.
Alice employs a neuromuscular technique in addressing trigger point therapy, as part of a multidimensional treatment. Pain is relieved through addressing the following physiological factors:
Trigger Points,Ischemia,Nerve compression/entrapment,Postural distortion(biomechanics),Nutritional & Emotional wellbeing.
Alice then went on to further her skin therapy qualifying in Phlebotomy, IV cannulation, Vitamin B12 injections, Bio dermal fillers, Anti wrinkle injections, Skin vitamin booster mesotherapy and more.
Alice is passionate about solving skin and musculature imbalances and uses a variety of leading edge technology to optimise results.

Alice believes in building long term relationships with her clients, building wellnessprograms with them.
Alice is passionate about education and has gone on to qualify as a FET educator, offering one to one education to therapists.
